Understand and Play Tennis for Adults -- CANCELLED

Deep Tennis for Adults.  For experienced players able to handle balls hit with a moderate to high degree of power and requiring a moderate to wide range of court coverage.  Includes action-based drilling and point-playing focused on expert stroke and movement techniques for singles and doubles shots, as well as shot patterns and strategy. Instruction has a foundation in balanced, relaxed, expressive, rhythmic movement, as well as awareness as it plays out in readiness, anticipation and court positioning.  Offered Tuesday and Thursday  9:00 - 10:20.  Instructor: Charley Darley.
